Description
Beautiful apartment with a large terrace where you can enjoy its privileged views of the entire coast of Adeje. Located in a quiet residential complex, with separate entrance and community pool. Completely exterior, very bright and a few minutes by car from the main beaches and tourist spots in the south of the island, besides having a great connection with the highway. This house has all the ingredients for a unique vacation.
With capacity for 2 people, with a large bedroom with fitted wardrobes and double bed, 1 bathroom, equipped kitchen, living room, Wifi Internet and terrace with stunning views of the Costa Adeje.
Located in a quiet residential complex with parking areas, a few minutes drive from the beach, restaurants and the main points of interest in the south of the island.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen, living room, terrace with incredible views, fridge, microwave, oven, hair dryer, wireless Internet, sheets and shower towels.
We love making our guests feel at home and from the beginning we will be very aware of the arrival and that they are as comfortable as possible throughout the stay.
Adeje is located in the southwest of the island, also has 14 beaches with sand of all colours, where it is possible to bathe all year round thanks to its annual average temperature of 24ºC and its almost 300 days of sunshine per year.
The beauty of the seabed and the more than 500 species that live on its coast make this municipality one of the favourite spots for visitors to practice scuba diving. Adeje has an extensive network of diving centres, where it is possible to hire classes, organize dives and buy or rent equipment.
It also highlights the richness of its marine fauna, because it has one of the most important colonies of cetaceans in the world: pilot whales, dolphins and other aquatic mammal species are found in its waters. All a natural spectacle that is possible to enjoy on board of the boats destined for its observation.
Further. There are some of the oldest geological materials of the Island, combined with an intense erosive activity of which the Roque del Conde or Pico de Abinque are faithful exponents. It also highlights the Barranco del Infierno, protected as a Special Natural Reserve, and the phreatomagmatic crater of the Caldera del Rey. More than 45% of the surface of the municipality is composed of protected natural areas.
In recent years, the coast of the municipality has experienced an incredible development. Called Costa Adeje, it concentrates a hotel infrastructure of excellent quality, as well as a wide range of leisure, nature, rest and sports (with special mention to its golf fields).
