Beautiful apartment with community pool, terrace and parking space. Located in a very quiet residential area, a few steps from La Tejita beach and a shopping centre with all the services you may need. With a summer atmosphere all year round, terrace, air conditioning. Ideal for teleworking as it has WiFi fibre. It is ideal for families and couples who want to spend a unique holiday in Tenerife.
It has capacity for 3 people, with a cozy bedroom, 1 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed, balcony and a large terrace. In addition to Internet fibre Wifi, air conditioning, parking space in the residential complex where it is located. With the beach just a few steps away from the house, in one of the most beautiful villages of Tenerife. Besides being very well located, very close to the airport in the south and with a fast connection to the motorway.
Smoking is not allowed in any part of the apartment, including the terrace.
The communal swimming pool and solarium area are currently closed for maintenance work.

We had a great time in the flat. It is very comfortable and spacious. The bed is very good and the sofa very comfortable. The kitchen is new, the terrace is very nice to have breakfast in the sun. We would definitely repeat.
