First of all, I like the location of the accommodation. It is very close to the beaches, literally 3 minutes of walking.

The only annoying drawback is the smelly waste pipe - it goes through the terrace and you can smell it.

It would be very helpful to have a dedicated parking slot. Especially at the weekend a lot of cars parked around the area. Some kitchen equipment could be improved, e.g. providing a bigger knife and cutting board.
