Recently refurbished, it has been taken care of down to the smallest detail, with exquisite decoration, fibre WiFi Internet designed for teleworking and direct access from the building to the natural swimming pool of Tabaiba. Currently there are works outside, for improvements to the Maritime Promenade.

- There is no smart TV and only Spanish TV channels.
- There is no oven.
- Would not recommend to people who have mobility issues - the beach and surrounding area is very hilly with lots of steps.

Hay un problema con los olores de desagüe pero creo q es común a todos los apartamentos por las cañerías en zona montañosa y las puertas correderas no cierran bien. Ahora que hace buen tiempo no ha sido problema pero hace un mes habría pasado frío. Lsee more
