Beautiful apartment just a few steps from the sea in Puertito de Güímar, halfway between the south and the capital of the island. Bright, with parking space and air conditioning. Perfect for teleworking, it has 300mbs fibre Wifi, it also has Smart TV with free access to Netflix, so you can enjoy your favourite series. A completely exterior housing, decorated with love, surrounded by black sand beaches, where you can enjoy the atmosphere of the place.
It is ideal for couples and friends as it has capacity for 2 people, with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa, a nice terrace, Internet Wifi (fibre), parking space, air conditioning. It also has Smart TV and access to Netflix. With the beach just a few steps from the house, in a nice village full of walking areas, bathing areas, terraces and restaurants. It also has a magnificent connection to the motorway to get to know the rest of the island.
We love to make our guests feel at home and from the beginning we will be very aware of the arrival and that they are as comfortable as possible throughout the stay.
You will love to know this old fishing port, located in an environment with a very good atmosphere, and surrounded by black sand beaches and bathing areas.
Enjoy its promenade, its terraces, practice diving and try the local cuisine in one of the restaurants specializing in seafood, you will not regret it.
The area has all kinds of services, playground, supermarkets, pharmacy, doctor, post office, marina, etc.
The apartment is located in the Puertito de Güímar in the Residencial Lanzarote
There are security cameras in common areas of the property, which will always remain deactivated when guests are present.
