A full bathroom with shower, a nice fully equipped kitchen with all appliances open to the spacious living-dining room, which has Smart TV with international channels, and access to the spectacular terrace of the house where you can have lunch, relax, take a dip in the private pool, sunbathe and enjoy a delicious lunch on the barbecue.
A privileged location, with the beach and the promenade 10 minutes walk from the house, only 5 minutes drive from Rancho Texas Lanzarote Park and 8 minutes drive from the airport. Surrounded by miles of golden sandy beaches, with restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance and a quick connection to the motorway for easy access to the rest of the island.
The property has a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, juicer, washing machine, hairdryer, bed linen and shower towels, and much more.
There are stairs to access the flat.
