Located in an exceptional area, very close walking distance to the main points of interest of the city, with all the services around such as the Starbucks coffee shop and with a magnificent connection with buses and tram to be able to move around without using the car.
The flat is on the first floor with no lift, the last flight of stairs being a spiral staircase, making it unsuitable for bulky luggage.
