Tiene una habitación habilitada como despacho lo que lo hace comodísimo para poder estar concentrado trabajando mientras tu pareja ve una película. Está muy bien situado, se puede ir caminando al parque García Sanabría, la Plaza del Príncipe, Plaza de España... todo un lujo! Además con la parada de tranvía cerca por si un día te apetece ir a La Laguna sin coger el coche. Repetiremos
