This beautiful design studio surrounded by a large natural space is ideal for couples, as it has capacity for 2 people, with a cosy bedroom area with a queen bed and wardrobe. It also has an additional bed that could accommodate a third small person. It has direct access to the property's terrace, which has space to enjoy the good weather, the views of the natural surroundings and a barbecue. With a comfortable bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen open to the spacious living-dining room, which has a comfortable sofa, TV and WiFi.
On the property's terrace, you can enjoy a meal, relax and disconnect in an idyllic environment surrounded by nature. For added convenience, it also has private outdoor parking, a fan and a portable heater.
You can enjoy a good climate, peace and quiet, the singing of birds and Bolllullo, one of the most beautiful black sand beaches in the north of the Island, just 15 minutes from the property. Very quiet location with good access to the motorway, making it the perfect place to stay and visit the rest of the island.
The property has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, juicer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, iron, barbecue, cot on request, highchair, towels, sheets and much more.
The parking will be shared with the property, but there is plenty of space. The terrace is completely private.
