For added comfort, the building in which it is located has a lift.
With an unbeatable location right in the centre of Las Palmas, just a minute walk from Las Canteras beach, Santa Catalina Park and El Muelle shopping centre, close to many restaurants and supermarkets and the capital's main attractions. It has easy access to the motorway for easy access to the rest of the island.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, microwave, washing machine, capsule coffee maker, toaster, juicer, kettle, bed linen and towels and much more.
