Located in the heart of the city centre with all the necessary services around, very close to the main shopping centres, auditorium and International Trade Fair and Congress Centre.
This beautiful flat is ideal for couples and business trips, as it has capacity for 2 people, with an open space that connects the equipped kitchen with the sleeping area with two single beds that can be joined or separated as needed and office. With air conditioning, heating and Internet Wifi Fiber to 600mb. The most important part of the house is its beautiful terrace with different spaces where you can disconnect or eat outdoors.
