The booking of services ("Service") through www.home2book.com implies the full and unreserved acceptance by the user of the following conditions. The Terms do not cover the booking of our services by third parties outside the Website.

1. Possibility of modifying these conditions and the commercial offer
Utronia, S.L may modify at any time the conditions or offers published on its website (prices, products, promotions, and other commercial and service conditions). But the modifications will not affect in any case the reservations already made previously by our users.

3. How can I book on the website?
The reservation of our accommodations by the user is made and perfected through the following of the reservation procedure described in this section. By booking our services, you agree that communications with Utronia, S.L will be mainly by electronic means.
To proceed with making a reservation on our website you just have to follow the following steps:
- In order to make the reservation, the user must select the accommodation and indicate the discount coupon if available.
- The next step is to fill out a form with the personal data of the user who makes the reservation, including credit card details.
- To close the booking with Utronia, S.Lyou must accept the booking conditions, the legal notice, the privacy policy and our cookies policy.
- The booking will be completed as soon as the user receives their confirmation, which will reflect in detail the conditions of the booking made by the user. This confirmation must be delivered/shown at the establishment.
4. Price of services
The price indicated at all times next to our services includes added taxes. If there is a typographical error in any of the prices shown and if any user has made a purchase decision based on said error, we will notify them of this incident immediately and the user will have the right to cancel their reservation at no cost to them.
5. Payment and Accepted Payment Methods
At the time of booking, the user must provide their credit card details (VISA MasterCard) that will serve as payment. Your purchase will be fully formalized upon receipt of the confirmation.
6. Technical means to correct errors

This website shows confirmation windows in various sections of the booking process that do not allow you to proceed with the booking process if the necessary data has not been entered or has not been validated correctly. 7. Changes and cancellations

If the requested service is not finally included in the reservation, it will not imply the cancellation of the same and the cancellation policy that will govern will be the specific one for the reservation you have made.
In case you require an additional service for your reservation (e.g.: extra bed, cot, adapted bathroom...) we recommend that you check the availability of the same before making a reservation that does not allow cancellations. 12. Applicable law and competent courts
Contracts for the purchase of products through our Website and any disputes or claims arising therefrom or referring to their subject matter or conclusion (including non-contractual litigation or claims) shall be governed by Spanish law.
The user waives his or her jurisdiction and expressly submits to the jurisdiction of the courts of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, in the event that the user is a final consumer, this paragraph does not apply.
